Dennis
As a teenager, Dennis first started out driving with his father transporting livestock across far north Queensland.
After a few years of gaining experience, he branched out on his own to build a successful Transport Company moving anything from cattle to produce and general freight.
Throughout his career, he has worked in a number of sectors of the transport industry including line haul, heavy haulage and OSOM loads. Noting their increase in size and numbers across Australia he felt the need to improve safety for all road users.
After some research and wanting to support Pilots in maintaining safe distances with their oversize load Dennis developed the idea of O.P.P.S. (Oversize Pilot Positioning System).
Edward (Ted)
As with all ideas you need someone with the skills and knowledge to turn that idea into a working device.
After searching the internet Ted from 2Excel was the company Dennis felt would be the best fit and after 2 years of R&D, a prototype was developed.
With high-quality staff based in Adelaide and overseas, the programming and device manufacture has been developed to high standards.
